Professional Experience

Founder, President & Chief Operating Officer
In 2026, Vincent partnered with healthcare innovators Tommy Lampley and Victor Leslie, MD to form Capital Health Strategy Group, LLC (CHSG). With the changes in the current healthcare climate CHSG’s mission is to partner with health entities to solve complex problems regarding patient access, revenue cycle, practice optimization, clinical trials management, payer mix & managed care negotiations, AI integration and real estate asset management.

Vice President and Chief Executive Officer
Through the Adventist Healthcare Management Service Agreement, Vincent served as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of the 180+ HBCU owned physician group. Under his leadership volume increased by 23%, revenues increased by $6 million annually, the practice opened an AI backed Access Center and secured Tax Incentive Financing to expand the practices from Washington, DC to Prince George’s County Maryland.

Regional Director Faculty Practices
Through the Integrated Practice Agreement between Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health and Rutgers Medical School, Vincent served as Regional Director for the Rutgers Medical Group. Under his leadership the 350+ Physician Group finished 30,000 wRVUs above budget, increased patient revenue by $11.59 million and net income by $2.45 million. Vincent also led EPIC implementation which helped reduced denied claims from $1.6 million per week to $85k per week.

Service Line Director Ophthalmology and Surgical Subspecialties
Vincent led the surgical COVID recovery strategy for UVA Health System. Despite COVID disruption Vincent’s unit finished 1,650 cases above budget. Outpatient facility net revenue was $6.1 million and OR contribution margin increased by $9.78 million. The 225+ physician group generated $108 million in facility charges during COVID FY20.

Administrator Primary Care & Multispecialty Practices
Vincent oversaw development of the Primary Care and Multispecialty Practices at Sibley Memorial Hospital. Vincent expanded services for Orthopedics, General Surgery, GI, Urology and Dermatology. Vincent led the practice to be first in CG-CHAPS for Provider and Office staff ratings in the John Hopkins System. Under his leadership visits increased 1,620 in the first year.

MedStar Ambulatory Services, Executive Administration
Vincent led operations for MedStar Health’s flagship $42 million multispecialty ambulatory center in downtown Washington, DC. He directed 40+ physician FTEs across primary care, surgical and medical specialties; ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care delivery. Vincent partnered with various MedStar entities to ensure alignment with wRVU productivity, access, and collections goals. In the inaugural year the facility generated $16M in charges, $1.2M in profit, and 67,000 annual patient visits. Patient satisfaction increased from 77% to 90% in 90 days and the facility achieved highest system-wide employee engagement score.
